Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY. PLEASE NOTE:

HOTELS have a more stringent cancellation policy for CONTRACTED GROUPS, than individually booked reservations. Hotel Room CANCELLATIONS must be received 72 HOURS prior to an event for a FULL refund.

Hotel's Catering guarantees must be made a week prior to an event, therefore a cancellation made less then a week before the tournament will also result in a reduced refund.
